Post subject:  Application
You must register in order to post an application. Please register using your main character's name, or as close to it as possible.

Before completing this application, you need to read our policy on Recruiting and Applying as it answers many questions that will assist you in this process. We also request that you read the Unemployed Guild Policies in their entirety to make sure this guild and its policies will be a good fit for you. If you're applying for a raiding spot be sure that we are currently recruiting your class/spec by checking here.

If you are applying for a raiding spot, before you post your application, be sure to go through this checklist:

  • Is all your gear enchanted and gemmed?
  • Are you in your raiding gear and raid specced?
  • Do you understand the guild's rules, and can comply with them, including raid times and loot system?
  • Did you follow the application procedure correctly?
  • Are you available to raid/transfer immediately?
  • Did you proofread your application?
  • Is your armory linked?
  • Is your application clean and easily readable?
  • Did you answer all questions, leaving no questions blank?
  • Did you provide WWS parses if available?
  • Does your application show someone who puts effort into what they do?

Classification of Membership You are Applying For

If you are applying for a raiding position we must have a current recruitment need for your character and you must be of raiding level and geared sufficiently to survive raid encounters in the content we currently run. Are you applying for a posted raiding position?

If you are not applying for a posted raiding position your application will be evaluated as a non-raiding casual player. While your status could change to raiding in the future, there is no such spot for you now, nor do we anticipate one in the near future. Are you applying for a non-raiding position?

If you are applying to be accepted as a non-raiding player you need only fill out the General section of this form.

If you are applying to be accepted as a raiding player you will need to complete both the General portion of this application as well as the Raiding portion.

Raiding Application

Have you raided before? Please describe your former raiding experience, including what your role was and what content you experienced.

Our current raid schedule is Tuesday through Thursday from 6:30pm ~ 10/11pm. You are expected to maintain at least 75% attendance as a raiding member, and maintain 100% attendance for a minimum of two consecutive weeks as a Pledge to be considered for full raiding membership. Are you able to do that? If not, please elaborate.

As a raider what are the strengths you can bring the group? To contrast that, what are your weaknesses?

During raid/event downtime, how do you occupy yourself ingame?

What do you consider adequate preparation for raiding?

What are some of your favorite sites to seek out information about your character and spec?

Explain your choices in spec, gearing, gemming, glyphing, and enchanting.

Are you willing to respec (within your same discipline) for raiding if it could benefit the raid group?

Can your character afford raiding, and what amount of padding are you comfortable having in order to cover the costs of repairs and consumables?
