Player Inactivity

Inactivity means that we have not heard from you and you have not logged in* on your main character and played regularly.

Removal for inactivity is as follows:

Pledge: 1 week

Member/Alt (other than officer): 1 month

Raider: 1 month**

Officer: 1 month

If you need to take leave from the game for a period of more than 1 month, please let us know and we will make a note on your character and retain your space in the guild. If your leave is open ended or you have failed to return within a reasonable amount of time of the return date stated we will treat you as inactive.

We don't want to remove good players because they can't play for a period of time, but at the same time we don't want our member list cluttered with abandoned characters either. If you are removed for inactivity, you may reapply at any time and depending on your status pre-inactivity and your reason for inactivity you may be readmitted even if your class is currently full. However, readmittance is not guaranteed.


* Logging in momentarily to reset your timer is not being active in the guild and we will quickly remove anyone we catch doing this.

** For players in the core raid group, if you go inactive (meaning we have not heard from you and have no idea where you are) for a period of 10 days, you will be removed form the core raid group and replaced.
