Week after week, we've taken her on, lulled into complacency by her lack of trash and our successes on 10-man. Week after week she's eaten us for dinner.

NO LONGER!

This video outlines a similar strategy to what we'll be going for:

We will assign melee to a particular tank, but healers and dps should stand to the west between the circle and the cliff. Make sure to spread out back there.

Tanks will pick a side and work on gathering up adds and holding them for AoE. Melee will concentrate on interrupting and single-target dpsing the watchers.

I don't think we need to go so far as to assign ranged dps to a specific tank. If mobs are tanked slightly to the sides and the center ranged should be able to easily see where dps needs to be applied.

I love how they make it look so easy...it would be if only 1 or 2 sentinels show up the entire fight. :)

So are we going to hold off on bringing down the 4th harpoon until the watchers are down?

Hopefully, yes, but it might be situational. We don't want to hold off too long and get another wave of mole machines. I think that's just a call I'll be making during the encounter.

This video is a little older, before they brought the drills closer together. Its still viable though.

An important note: they only use the last harpoon after the watchers are down. Also, the tanks stay back, off tanking the adds while the raid works on Razor. I've noticed on past attempt that the tanks have moved in with watchers still on them, who then proceed to chain lightning the shizznits out of everyone standing under Razor.
